Visited Bandon last year. A great experience. We drove up from Pebble, a two day roadtrip, and had the time of our lives.

We also stayed at the Lodge and it was beautiful. There are other options and you can stay in the town at a much cheaper place.

The golf was amazing. No one in front of you, no one behind. About as much fun as a foursome could have.

When we went, the weather was really behaving, I bet it could be brutal. We were there in early Sept.

Put it back on your list of gotta play courses.

I'm more on a Motel 6 budget, so while I look forward to hearing about the course, it sounds like I might have to have to add Bandon Dunes to the list of golf clubs that are beyond my means.

You mean to tell me that it's $425 bucks a night and the foods not included? Phew, that's pretty steep! I look forward to reading about the course!
